Kelly

I worked as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace and medical industries for over ten years. Then I decided to follow my passion and trained to become a travel agent. I had my own agency for seven years and enjoyed helping people plan trips. I then retired from that and concentrated on volunteering. First, with agencies to support those in need and then with a trail maintenance crew.

I am the planner and navigator. Now that we have a smaller rig I will also share the driving duties. I enjoy cooking, hiking and photography.

Jerry

I worked in the aerospace industry at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston for 25+ years as an Engineer, Project Manager and finally as a Program Director. A job change late in my carrier brought us to Colorado, where I got work on the US Antarctic Program. My job allowed us to travel to lots of great places in the world, but not that many in the US.

Learning to drive our first Big Rig was an experience, I’m glad we got it and it was a great RV. You never caught up on your maintenance tasks and you were always waiting for the next thing to break. I’m glad we have a smaller van now and ready to explore off the beaten path.
